Anhang

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen werden die Anschaffungskosten um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden unter Berücksichtigung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Ein Warenbestand ist nicht vorhanden.

Es wurde für die FH Kiel ein Forschungsprojekt abgewickelt welches als fertige Erzeugnisse ausgewiesen ist.

Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Alle Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu 5 Jahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr, die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben ebenfalls eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind im Wesentlichen für Abschlusskosten gebildet.
