Angaben zur Identifizierung

Die Firma der Gesellschaft lautet "BEYONDIT GmbH", sie hat ihren Sitz in 24118 Kiel und ist beim Amtsgericht Kiel unter der Handelsregisternummer Abteilung B Nr. 22389 in das Handelsregister eingetragen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die bilanzierten Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zum Stichtag mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger, linearer Abschreibungen bewertet worden.
Die Abschreibungen sind nach Maßgabe der betriebsindividuellen gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bzw. Restnutzungsdauer verrechnet worden.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Die aktivierten Vermögensgegenstände des Vorratsvermögens sind zum Stichtag mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten bewertet worden.

Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt und als gesichert anzusehen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewiss hohe Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe ihres Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.

Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst.
