Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff HGB sowie nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des GmbHG und Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft (§§ 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB).

Die Compfair GmbH wurde am 23.09.2015 gegründet und beim Amtsgericht Kiel unter der Nummer HRB 17157 KI eingetragen. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Kiel.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden richten sich nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB).

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden nur angesetzt, soweit sie entgeltlich erworben wurden. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen orientieren sich an den steuerlich anerkannten Höchstsätzen.
Die Darstellung der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens (Anlagenspiegel) nach der Brutto-Methode ergibt sich aus der als Anlage beigefügten Aufstellung gem. § 284 Abs. 3 HGB. Aus dem Anlagenspiegel ergeben sich u. a. die auf die einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens verrechneten Abschreibungen (für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 sowie kumuliert).

Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind sonstige Forderungen sowie Steuerforderungen ausgewiesen und zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Positionen ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

Die Kassen- und Bankbestände sind zu Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Für Ausgaben, die vor dem Bilanzstichtag geleistet wurden, wirtschaftlich aber eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag betreffen, wurden aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für Steuern, Jahresabschlusskosten und Tantieme gebildet.

Soweit die zugrunde liegende Verpflichtung einen Zinsanteil enthält oder eine Rentenverpflichtung ohne Gegenleistung darstellt, wurde die Rückstellung zum Barwert angesetzt.
III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben gemäß § 285 HGB
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 5 Jahren bestanden nicht.

Aufgeführt sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Bilanzgewinn i.H,v. 200.936,23 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
IV. Haftungsverhältnisse gem. §§ 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB
Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine Bürgschaften und Ähnliches.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und verteilt sich wie folgt:

Gesamtbezüge des Geschäftsführers
Die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge des für die Gesellschaft tätigen Geschäftsführers wird gem. § 285 Nr. 9 HGB in Anwendung der in § 286 Abs. 4 HGB vorgesehenen Schutzklausel nicht vorgenommen.

Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 lag die Führung der Geschäfte bei Herrn Richard Marnau.
