I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die ISOGON Informationssysteme GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kiel und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Kiel unter HRB 25786 KI eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes erstellt.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

III. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten bilanziert.
Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Wert von bis zu 800,00 € wurden sofort vollständig abgeschrieben. Ein Sammelposten gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a S. 1 EStG wurde im Jahr 2022 dementsprechend nicht gebildet.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen für Pensionen sind nach den anerkannten versicherungsmathematischen Grundsätzen mittels der "Projected-Unit-Credit-Methode" errechnet. Als biometrische Rechnungsgrundlagen wurden die "Richttafeln 2018" von Dr. Klaus Heubeck unter Heranziehung eines Zinssatzes von 1,78 % verwendet. Rentenanpassungen sind nicht eingerechnet.

Der Unterschiedsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 6 HGB zwischen dem Erfüllungsbetrag mit dem
10-Jahresdurchschnittszinssatz und dem 7-Jahresdurchschnittszinssatz beträgt 14.383,00 €.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 3.583,12 €.

2. Verrechnung von Vermögensgegenständen und Schulden
Der beizulegende Zeitwert der für die Rückstellungsverpflichtungen für Pensionen abgeschlossenen Rückdeckungsversicherung wurde in Höhe von 236.011,00 EUR mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag verrechnet.
