Anhang zum Jahresabschluss

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert. Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind nicht erforderlich; Pauschalwertberichtigungen wurden in Ansatz gebracht.

Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuer- und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
