Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Vater Solution GmbH mit Sitz in Kiel, ist beim Handelsregister Kiel unter HRB 6403 KI eingetragen

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesell-
schaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassund des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes erstellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Sofern der beizulegende Wert niedriger ist, wurde dieser angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Vorschriften abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Sofern der beizulegende Wert niedriger ist, wurden dieser angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen erfasst. Zweifelhafte Forderungen wurden mit ihrem wahrscheinlichen Wert angesetzt, uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden abgeschrieben. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Rückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Bei den Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, handelt es sich auch um Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie in Höhe von € 751.790,89 auch um Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

Die Bilanz wurde vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.

Hinsichtlich der Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte.

Bei den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen handelt es sich auch um Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie in Höhe von € 48.018,22 auch um Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

Sonstige Angaben

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen von insgesamt rund € 118.000,00. Davon betreffen das nächste Geschäftsjahr € 82.000,00.

Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden durchschnittlich 52 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch den Diplom-Ingenieur Klaus-Hinrich Vater, den Wirtschaftsinformatiker Ulf Lorenzen und den Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker (FH) Henrik Guschov. Alle Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt. Klaus-Hinrich Vater ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit

Die Vater Solution GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der Vater Holding GmbH einbezogen.
