Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie- Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) erstellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Bilanz wurde vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.

Hinsichtlich der Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 40.000,00).

Bei den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern handelt es sich hinsichtlich eines Betrages von € 0,00 (Vorjahr: € 40.000,00) um Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von 1- 5 Jahren.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).

Sonstige Angaben

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden sonstige Finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen von insgesamt rd. € 27.000,00. Die vorgenannten Beträge geben den Aufwand des Geschäftsjahres 2022 an.

Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden durchschnittlich 19 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Dirk Lonnemann.

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
