Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr wurde nach den Vorschriften des Steuerrechts- und Handelsgesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden durchwegs an den ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Die Vorjahreswerte wurden unverändert übernommen, so dass der Bilanzzusammenhang gegeben ist.

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wird degressiv oder linear planmäßig, entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen abgeschrieben. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind unbefristet angelegt.

Die Rückstellungen sind pflichtgemäß für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des Betrages geildet worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Buerteilung notwenidg ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Bilanzierung erfolgt vor Verwendung des Jahresfehlbetrages.

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herrn Donald G. LaDue wahrgenommen.
