A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma ATEDOS Advanced Technical Documentation Solutions GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewerbungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Beim Umlaufvermögen entsprechen die Bilanzwerte den Nominalbeträgen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

B. Angaben zum Jahresergebnis

Das Geschäftsjahr 2011 endet für die Geschäffsinhaberin mit einem Jahresüberschuss. Die Gesellschafter haben beschlossen den Überschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung von Herrn Frank Eser und Herrn Rudlof Mayer wahrgenommen.

Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 28.06.2012
