ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Walter u. Stefan Schork GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kirchzell und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aschaffenburg, Abteilung B unter Nr. 7194 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs unter Berücksichtigung des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Absatz 1 HGB auf.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und werden, soweit abnutzbar, in der steuerlich zulässigen Höhe planmäßig auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800,00 € wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Roh- und Hilfsstoffe wurden nach dem Niederstwertprinzip mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. mit dem niedrigeren am Abschlussstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die unfertigen Erzeugnisse wurden zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt.
Die fertigen Erzeugnisse wurden mit den zu erwartenden Erlösen bewertet.
Soweit die Herstellungskosten angesetzt wurden, wurden Zinsen für Fremdkapital nicht einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalbeträgen, vermindert um angemessene Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben sind zu Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des mutmaßlichen Bedarfs ermittelt. Sie decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
