Anhang zum Jahresabschluss per 31. Dezember 2023

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma jfnetwork GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 Abs. 2 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die folgende Aufstellung entspricht in ihrer Reihenfolge dem Postenaufbau des gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsschemas.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma jfnetwork GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH- Gesetzes zu beachten.

I. Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Das Anlageverzeichnis wird vom Steuerberater geführt.

Bei der Bemessung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden grundsätzlich die in den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen der Finanzverwaltung festgesetzten Nutzungsdauern zu Grunde gelegt, da die handelsrechtliche Nutzungsdauer der steuerlichen Nutzungsdauer entspricht.

Soweit erforderlich wurde der am Bilanzstichtag niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen.

II. Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen werden mit dem Nennwert abzüglich einer Pauschalwertberichtigung für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bewertet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Forderungen mit einer vereinbarten Restlaufzeit über 5 Jahre liegen nicht vor.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

III. Rückstellungen

Die anderen Rückstellungen wurde für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten unter anderem nicht genommenen Urlaub des Personals und Abschlusskosten.

IV. Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 5 Jahren liegen nicht vor.

V. Ausschüttungssperre
