Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

1. Allgemeiner Teil

Der Jahresabschluß der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs erstellt. Dabei wurden die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen. Soweit zulässig wurden auch die ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften berücksichtigt.

2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Der Wertansatz der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt in der Regel zum Nominalwert. Zweifelhafte Forderungen werden einzeln bewertet und mit dem voraussichtlich realisierbaren Wert angesetzt.

Der Ausweis der Position Schecks, Kassenbestand, Postgiroguthaben und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nominalwert.

Der Eigenkapitalausweis wurde entsprechend den Anforderungen des KapCoRiLiG gegliedert. Unter der Position Gewinn- und Verlustvortrag wird der variable Teil des Eigenkapitals ohne dem Ergebnisanteil des laufenden Geschäftsjahres ausgewiesen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen werden auf Grund vorläufiger Berechnungen ermittelt. Sie beinhalten noch nicht veranlagte Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Im Jahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 27 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
