A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Zimmer IT-Com GmbH hat ihren Sitz in 14532 Kleinmachnow, Fahrenheitstraße 19 und ist im Handelsregister von Potsdam unter der Nummer 37068 in Abteilung B eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB, die der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die Bewertung der einzelnen Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Bewertung Rechnung.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen betrieblichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Bankguthaben und Kassenbestände sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

Das Stammkapital wird als gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen und ist zum Nennwert bewertet.

In den Rückstellungen sind alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzierung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung erforderlich sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

C. Jahresergebnis

Das Jahresergebnis beträgt € 91.852,31 und setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:

D. sonstige Angaben

Nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtliche finanzielle Verpflichtungen ergeben sich vor allem aus den bestehenden Miet- und Leasingverträgen. Von den während der Laufzeit der Verträge voraussichtlich zu zahlenden Mieten sowie Leasingleistungen von insgesamt T€ 25 sind T€ 19 in 2023 fällig.

Im Durchschnitt waren im Geschäftsjahr 12 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Herr Dipl.-Ing. René Zimmer und Herr David Sprenger.
