Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Codex Solutions GmbH mit dem Sitz in Kleinostheim, (Registergericht: HRB 13364, Aschaffenburg), wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer zwischen 3 und 13 Jahren) angesetzt. Bei den Anschaffungskosten werden Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Anschaffungskostenminderungen berücksichtigt. Die beweglichen Anlagegegenstände werden linear entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Für die Zugänge bei den geringwertigen Anlagegegenständen (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden die steuerlichen Vorschriften zur Bildung eines Sammelpostens und zur Auflösung über fünf Jahre (§ 6 Abs. 2a EStG) oder zur Sofortabschreibung nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG angewendet. Auch in der Handelsbilanz steht diese Handhabung der tatsächlichen Nutzungsdauer nicht entgegen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Abschlussstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssätze werden die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätze der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank monatlich bekannt gegeben werden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen insgesamt TEUR 0,0.

Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben insgesamt TEUR 0,0 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Die Darstellung des Eigenkapitals erfolgt gem. § 272 HGB unter Berücksichtigung des Gesellschaftsvertrags.

Die Bilanz wurde nach Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Bei Aufstellung der Bilanz wurde im Bilanzgewinn ein Gewinnvortrag von TEUR 306,9 einbezogen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen TEUR 0,0.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt TEUR 81,3 eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr, TEUR 7,6 eine Restlaufzeit von 1-5 Jahren, TEUR 0,0 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. Es sind insgesamt TEUR 0,0 durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.

Sonstige Angaben

Aus dem Mietvertrag für das Betriebsgrundstück ergibt sich eine jährliche Zahlungsverpflichtung in Höhe von TEUR 34,7 der Vertrag hat eine feste Laufzeit bis zum 31.07.2025.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 7,5 (ohne zur Berufsausbildung beschäftigte Arbeitnehmer und Geschäftsführer).
