Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Kleve im Handelsregister unter HRB 13940 eingetragen.

Stammkapital

Buchführung
Für das Unternahmen besteht nach den §§ 238 und 239 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Die Buchführung wurde durch EDV mit dem System DATEV erstellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Korcaj GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen
Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen
Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Aktiva
Wertansätze des Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die steuerlich zulässige Abschreibung, bewertet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Beim Umlaufvermögen wurden alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko durch angemessene Abwertung Rechnung getragen.

Passiva
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Zur Vergrößerung der Klarheit der Darstellung wurden in der Bilanz einzelne Posten des Gliederungsschemas in § 266 HGB zusammengefasst.

Die Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag entfallen ausschließlich auf das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit und ergeben sich aus der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.
