Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften, nach den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung, aufgestellt. Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Absatz 1 HGB Anwendung.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach der für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vorgesehenen Form der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG.
Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 274 a und § 256 sowie § 288 HGB bezüglich des Anhangs werden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.
Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode unter Zugrundelegung steuerlich anerkannter Nutzungsdauern bemessen. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 € werden voll abgeschrieben.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten (Nennwert) einschließlich Umsatzsteuer angesetzt, sofern den Vermögenswerten am Abschlussstichtag kein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen ist. Zur Abdeckung des Risikos von Forderungsausfällen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1,0% gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und gewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Höhe der Rückstellung entspricht dem Betrag, der zur Abdeckung des Risikos benötigt wird oder der voraussichtlich zu leisten ist.

Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt nach § 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB zu ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen.

Haftungsverhältnisse sind nicht zu vermerken.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von 559.244,63 €.

Alle Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind vor Ablauf eines Jahres fällig.

Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren sind nicht vorhanden.
Für die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen im üblichen Umfang branchentypische bzw. kraft Gesetzes entstehende Sicherheiten.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer ist bestellt:

Unter Inanspruchnahme der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde auf die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge verzichtet.
