financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss (bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang) der framework GmbH, Köln, (Amtsgericht Köln, HR B 34609) zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Hinsichtlich der in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB enthaltenen Größenmerkmale ist das Unternehmen als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB
erstellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Im Einzelnen wurde bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden nach folgenden Grundsätzen verfahren:

Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Sachanlagen werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben. Die den Abschreibungen zugrunde gelegten Nutzungsdauern orientieren sich an den von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten AfA-Tabellen.

Abnutzbare bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände im Anschaffungswert von 250,01 € bis 800,00 €, die zu einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind, wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten abzüglich angemessener Wertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken, soweit sie das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Ihr Ansatz erfolgt in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig erschien.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Der Geschäftsführung wurde ein Kredit in Höhe von 35.000,00 € (Zugang: 3. Januar 2020) mit einem Zinssatz von 3 % gewährt. Der Betrag zum Stichtag beträgt nach Tilgungen 29.013,00 € einschließlich Zinsen.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen in Höhe von 14.153,64 € (Vorjahr: 14.153,64 €) mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr einem Jahr und solche gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von
29.013,00 € (Vorjahr: 38.150,00 €).

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind solche aus Steuern in Höhe von 22.888,49 € (Vorjahr: 50.740,09 €) und solche im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von 2.315,41 € (Vorjahr: 2.139,47 €) enthalten.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 16 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
