Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der AMPADA GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter und Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis 800,00 EUR werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und im Anlagespiegel als Abgang gezeigt. Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Einzelwertberichtigungen und Pauschalwertberichtigungen werden nicht gebildet.
Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt.
Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten ergeben sich aus der Bilanz.
Sonstige Angaben
Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen € 590.002,34 (Vorjahr € 377.013,64).
Das Verrechnungskonto des Geschäftsführers beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag € 449.805,67 (Forderung gegenüber dem Geschäftsführer, Vorjahr: € 377.013,64) und wird mit 3 % p.a. verzinst.
Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.
Die Höhe der Geschäftsführervergütung ist dem Kontennachweis zu entnehmen.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer, Herrn Amir Malayeri, geführt. Darüber hinaus waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
