Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die ATES Dach GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Köln. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRB 34961 eingetragen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbHG aufgestellt worden. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a und § 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Ein Lagebericht wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB nicht aufgestellt. Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter vollständiger Ergebnisverwendung.

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden, soweit dies nach den Vorschriften des § 246 HGB nicht ausdrücklich gefordert wird.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schluss- bilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne sind, soweit dies gesetzlich nicht ausdrücklich gefordert wird, nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Der Ansatz der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, der sonstigen Vermögens- gegenstände sowie der flüssigen Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Das Wahlrecht zur Aktivierung latenter Steuern für die sich insgesamt ergebende Steuerentlastung wird nicht ausgeübt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags unter Berücksichtigung erwarteter künftiger Preis- und Kostenänderungen angesetzt. Bei Rückstellungen mit Restlaufzeiten von über einem Jahr erfolgt eine Abzinsung mit dem fristenkongruenten von der Deutschen Bundesbank vorgegebenen durchschnittlichen Marktzins.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 703 TEUR, Kautionen von 1 TEUR und Forderungen aus Steuerüberzahlungen in Höhe von 22 TEUR. Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 5 Jahren.

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Außerhalb der Bilanz bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen und Haftungsverhältnisse, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind. Ebenso bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten aus der Begebung oder Übertragung von Wechseln, aus Bürgschaften, aus Wechsel- oder Scheckbürgschaften, aus Gewährleistungsverträgen sowie Haftungsverhältnisse aus der Bestellung von Sicherheiten für fremde Verbindlichkeiten.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 4 (Vorjahr 4) Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Ergebnisverwendung: Das Ergebnis des Geschäftsjahres 2021 wird laut Gesellschafterbeschluss auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
