I. Registerinformationen

Die beer & ramisch Vertriebs GmbH mit Sitz in Köln ist beim Registergericht Köln unter der Nummer HRB 66125 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft erfüllt zum 31. Dezember 2023 die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss der beer & ramisch Vertriebs GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise die Erleichterungen der
§§ 274a; 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamt-kostenverfahren gegliedert worden.

III. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Bankguthaben wurden zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Geschäftsjahr waren im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 25 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
