ANHANG

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Ambient Innovation: GmbH wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB und der ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetztes aufgestellt. Die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes wurden dabei beachtet. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und ist zum Bilanzstichtag voll eingezahlt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gliederung des Abschlusses richtet sich grundsätzlich nach §§ 266 und 275 HGB.

Die Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen bestehen im wesentlichen aus Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. Die Forderungen haben - bis auf die zweifelhaften Forderungen (38.449,75 €) - alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen bestehen im wesentlichen aus Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. Die Forderungen haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Der Ansatz des Kassen- und Bankbestandes erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital in Höhe von 25.000,00 € ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt und voll eingezahlt.

Rückstellung en
Die Rückstellungen decken alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, soweit sie das abgelaufene Jahr betreffen. Die Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
Rückstellungen für Jahresabschlusskosten: 10.000,00 €
Steuerrückstellungen: 22.679,89 €
Sonstige Rückstellungen: 174.272,59 €

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten resultieren aus Verbindlichkeiten aus Lohn- und Kirchensteuer sowie aus noch nicht fälligen Umsatzsteuerverbindlichkeiten.

D. Sonstiges

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren Dennis Gilliam (Köln) und Felix Schul (Pulheim). Neben der Geschäftsführung waren durchschnittlich 96 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Der offen gelegte Jahresabschluss ist im Unternehmensregister fristgerecht erhältlich.
