ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss 2010

Stichtag: 31.12.2010

1. Allgemeine Angaben und Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG erstellt worden.
Die Buchhaltung erfolgt bezüglich der Umsatzsteuer nach vereinnahmten Entgelten.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt gemäß § 267 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt gemäß den Vorschriften der §§ 266, 275 HGB.
Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses (§§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB) wurde größtenteils Gebrauch gemacht.

Aufgrund der Gründung im Oktober 2010 existiert kein Vorjahr.

Verbindlichkeiten und Forderungen sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bzw. Rechnungsbetrag angesetzt.

Abschreibungen existieren für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 nicht.

2. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Die Summe der Forderungen sind ausschließlich Vorsteuerbeträge, welche vom Finanzamt bis zum 31.12.2010 nicht erstattet wurden.

Die Summe der Verbindlichkeiten ist der Rechnungsbetrag eines Telekommunikationsanbieters, welcher erst im Januar 2011 vom Bankkonto eingezogen wird.

3. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 weist einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 1.047,01 aus.

Der Bilanzverlust wird mit € 1.047,01 festgestellt. Dieser wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Dem Geschäftsführer wird Entlastung erteilt.

Zum Geschäftsführer war 2010 bestellt: Herr Oliver Neuhaus, Köln
