Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die dem Abschluss zu Grunde liegende Buchführung entspricht den GoB.

2. Angaben zur Bilanz

Sämtliche Sachanlagengegenstände sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Bei der Bewertung der Vorräte wurde das Anschaffungs- bzw. strenge Niederstwertprinzip berücksichtigt. Soweit erforderlich, wurden Abschläge auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von Euro 775.609,57 (Vj Euro 768.469,71) enthalten.

Steuererstattungen wurden durch Selbstveranlagung ermittelt. Steuerverpflichtungen wurden durch Selbstveranlagung ermittelt und unter Steuerrückstellungen erfasst.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB

Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind Avalkredite in Höhe von Euro 0,00 als Haftungsverhältnisse zu vermerken.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen § 285 Nr. 3a HGB

Aus langfristigen Mietverträgen bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von monatlich Euro 2.520,00.

Durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer § 285 Nr. 7 HGB

Im Berichtsjahr waren durchschnittlich 8 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt (ohne Geschäftsführer und Auszubildende).
