Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31.12.2018 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften, nach den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung sowie den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinst-
Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt 1.965,93 EUR.
