Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024

1. Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluß zum 30. Juni 2024 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Die

Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen dieses Gesetzes wurden beachtet.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs-

kosten, vermindert um planmäßige (lineare) Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Flüssige Mittel sind zu Nennwerten

unter Berücksichtigung notwendiger Abwertungen angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der zu erwartenden Aufwendungen gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu

einem Jahr.

Das Stammkapital beträgt nun € 108.696,00.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Der durchschnittliche Mitarbeiterbestand während des Geschäftsjahres betrug 46 Angestellte.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Jahr 2023/2024

Herr Dipl.-Ing. Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Mike Richter

Auf die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge wird aufgrund des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet.
