I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die otiso GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Köln. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRB 114022 eingetragen.

II. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZU INHALT UND GLIEDERUNG DES JAHRESABSCHLUSSES

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Dabei werden die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB unverändert angewandt. Ergänzend hierzu werden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

III. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 1 bis 3 HGB angesetzt.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

IV. ANGABEN ZU DEN POSTEN DER BILANZ UND DER GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG

Anlagevermögen

Zur Erläuterung des Anlagevermögens verweisen wir auf den Anlagenspiegel, der diesem Anhang beigefügt ist.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen Personalkosten.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten von weniger als einem Jahr.

V. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

1. Mitarbeiter

Im Jahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 13 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt (Vorjahr: 12).

2. Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung wird durch den Geschäftsführer,

Herrn Jan Wolfgang Strackbein, Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker,

vorgenommen.
