ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2012 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB und des GmbHG erstellt.

2. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die "sonstigen Rückstellungen" berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter

In 2012 wurden durchschnittlich 2 Mitarbeiter (einschließlich Geschäftsführer) beschäftigt.

4. Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsleitung wird vorschlagen, den Jahresfehlbetrag von € 19581,63 auf die neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
