Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist das Ingenieurbüro.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Während des Geschäftsjahres 2014 war Frank Schimpff zum Geschäftsführer bestellt.

Unter Bezugnahme auf § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB wurde auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes verzichtet.

Der Jahresabschluss der Encon GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

2. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanz

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich aufgelaufener Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear bzw. degressiv vorgenommen.

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagewerte ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 410,-- wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nominalwert abzüglich erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Ansatz der Rückstellungen erfolgte mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungswert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist wie im Vorjahr nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt worden.

Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen

Die Angaben zu den Bezügen der Geschäftsführung im Geschäftsjahr 2014 unterbleibt nach Maßgabe des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB.

Die Gesamtzahl der durchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug im Berichtszeitraum 7.
