Anhang

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der KOMET GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies die folgenden Grundsätze und Methoden:
Es wurde das Wertbeibehaltungs- und Fortführungswahlrecht nach BilMoG in Anspruch genommen, so dass die vorliegende Handelsbilanz mit der Steuerbilanz identisch ist.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerverbindlichkeiten beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Steuer vom Einkommen und Ertrag

Das Jahresergebnis stammt ausschließlich aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit. Eine Aufteilung des Steueraufwandes auf die Teilergebnisse der gewöhnlichen und außergewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit erübrigt sich daher.

Kapitalrücklage

Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde ein Betrag von EUR 24.619,79 der Kapitalrücklage zugeführt, um das Eigenkapital zu stärken. Die Kapitalrücklage dotiert zum Bilanzstichtag mit insgesamt EUR 51.591,34.

Ergebnisverwendung und Rücklagenentwicklung

In den Bilanzverlust wurde ein Verlustvortrag von EUR 182.845,66 einbezogen.

Vorschlag zu Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:

Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt EUR 13.691,81.

Einschließlich des zu berücksichtigenden Verlustvortrages von EUR 182.845,66 ergibt sich ein Betrag von EUR 169.153,85, der zu verwenden ist.

Dieser Bilanzverlust wird auf das nächste Geschäftsjahr vorgetragen.
