I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft mit Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Von den ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 HGB und § 274a HGB, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gemäß § 276 HGB und des Anhangs gemäß § 288 HGB macht die Gesellschaft Gebrauch.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige linear zulässige Abschreibung, entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Bei Zugängen von beweglichen Anlagegegenständen wurde zeitanteilige Abschreibung vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 850,00 € wurden gemäß § 6 Absatz 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter von 150,01 Euro bis 1.000,00 Euro wurde der Sammelposten nach der steuerlichen Bewertung beibehalten, da diesen Wirtschaftsgütern eine untergeordnete Bedeutung zufließt. Die Abschreibung erfolgt über 5 Jahre in gleichen Jahresbeträgen .

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro.

Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 915,40 EUR.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Meikel Giersemehl sowie Frau Andrea Schönhuber und Christine Vescio geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
