Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der DeVoTec GmbH, Krailling (Amtsgericht München HRB 136357) wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des BilRUG unter Beachtung der Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Satzung, sowie unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens aufgestellt. Die Gliederung hat sich gegenüber der Vorjahresbilanz grundsätzlich nicht geändert. Die Gesellschaft rechnet auch unter Anwendung der geänderten Schwellenwerte nach BilRUG weiterhin zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene Immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter sind mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und, sofern abnutzbar, über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den durchschnittlichen Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Für Forderungen, bei denen mit Ausfällen zu rechnen ist, wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen in Höhe des Verlustrisikos gebildet.

Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen; die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens zu entnehmen. Gleiches gilt auch für die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Gewährte Sicherheiten:

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen von EUR 105.820,14 besichert durch Eigentumsvorbehalt.

Haftungsverhältnisse (§§ 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB)

Angabe gemäß bestanden am Bilanzstichtag keine in der Bilanz zu vermerkende oder im Anhang anzugebenen Haftungsverhältnisse.

Sonstige Angaben

Vergütungen der Geschäftsführer (§285 Nr. 9 HGB)

Die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführer unterbleibt unter Hinweis auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB.

Ergebnisverwendung

Die Gesellschaft schlägt den Gesellschaftern vor, eine Gewinnausschüttung von EUR 50.000,00 aus dem Jahresüberschuss vorzunehmen. Der verbleibende Bilanzgewinn von EUR 909.197,71 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Er beinhaltet den Gewinnvortrag von EUR 892.600,49.
