Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2021/2022 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.
Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten aus Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden Rückstellungen gebildet. Die Höhe der Rückstellung wurde durch ein finanzmathematisches Gutachten unter Beachtung des § 6a EStG ermittelt.
Langfristige Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.
