I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

1. Generalklausel
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft.

2. Gliederungsgrundsätze
Die Vorschriften für die Gliederung der Bilanz (§ 266 HGB) und für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (§ 275 HGB) wurden beachtet.

3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften
Der Jahresabschluss enthält sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge.
Die Bewertung des Finanzanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten.
Forderungen sind mit den Nennbeträgen bewertet. Ihre Restlaufzeit liegt unter einem Jahr.
Zur aktiven Steuerabgrenzung wurde als Bilanzierungshilfe ein aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Ihre Restlaufzeit liegt unter einem Jahr.
Rückstellungen wurden im Rahmen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung unter Berücksichtigung der erkennbaren Risiken gebildet und in den Jahresabschluss eingestellt.

II. Sonstige Angaben

1. Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr zwei Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
