Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss ist in Euro aufgestellt.

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet.

Forderungen wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag und Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen waren lt. Auskunft der Geschäftsführung nicht zu bilden. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung wurde in Höhe von 3 % der Nettoforderung gebildet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Geschäftsführung
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsfjahr von Herrn Viktor Schiffer ausgeübt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit und alleinvertretungsberechtigt.
