Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die BEMACO Engineering GmbH & Co. KG hat ihren Sitz in Langenberg und ist beim Amtsgericht Gütersloh im Handelsregister, Abteilung A, unter der Nummer HRA 5493 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft und Co. gemäß § 264a Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz sowie des Anhangs werden die Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a sowie 288 Abs. 1 HGB vollständig in Anspruch genommen.

Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes hat die Gesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.

Bei der Offenlegung werden die Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB bezüglich der Bilanz sowie die Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene und selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Der Abschreibungszeitraum entspricht den Nutzungsdauern der Anlagegüter. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Die Bestände an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sind zu durchschnittlichen Einstandspreisen oder zu niedrigeren Tagespreisen am Bilanzstichtag aktiviert.

Die unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse sind auf der Basis von Einzelkalkulationen, die auf der aktuellen Betriebsabrechnung beruhen, zu Herstellungskosten bewertet, wobei neben den direkt zurechenbaren Materialeinzelkosten, Fertigungslöhnen und Sondereinzelkosten auch Fertigungs- und Materialgemeinkosten sowie Abschreibungen berücksichtigt werden.

In allen Fällen wurde verlustfrei bewertet, d. h. es wurden von den voraussichtlichen Verkaufspreisen Abschläge für noch anfallende Kosten und angemessenen Gewinn vorgenommen.

Handelswaren sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder niedrigeren Marktpreisen bilanziert.

Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen, die sich aus überdurchschnittlicher Lagerdauer, geminderter Verwertbarkeit und niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten ergeben, sind durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt.

Abgesehen von handelsüblichen Eigentumsvorbehalten sind die Vorräte frei von Rechten Dritter.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen; das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe, des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags, d.h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten umfassen solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 135.
