Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 HGB) aufgestellt.

Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herrn Frank Schmidts, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, wahrgenommen. Vorschüsse und Kredite an die Geschäftsführung bestehen nicht. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Geschäftsführung bestehen in Höhe von 348.088,46 EUR.

Arbeitnehmer

Im Jahr 2023 wurde nur der Geschäftsführer beschäftigt.

Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanz mit Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß §§ 266 Absatz 2 und 3, 275 Absatz 2 HGB 1986 aufgestellt. Mit den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden ist den Vorschriften des HGB entsprochen worden (§§ 242-256, ferner §§ 264-283). Sonderabschreibungen (§253 Absatz 4 HGB) wurden entsprechend § 279 Absatz 1 HGB nicht in Betracht gezogen. Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken, ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und gebotenen Kulanzen.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1.	Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Nennbeträgen bilanziert. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht (§ 42 GmbHG).

1.	Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von 228.850,13 EUR.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern sind in den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 348.088,46 EUR enthalten (§ 42 GmbHG).

Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1.	Jahresergebnis

Das Jahresergebnis wurde durch Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag in Höhe von 17.185,27 EUR belastet.
