Anhang

Erläuterungen der Bilanz

Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft zählt gem. § 267 (1) HGB zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Zusatzangaben werden nur gemacht soweit sie für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vorgeschrieben sind und nicht an anderer Stelle gemacht werden können.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsrechts beachtet.

Soweit Wahlrechte bei einzelnen Angaben bestehen, die alternativ im Anhang oder in der Bilanz zu machen sind, erfolgt die Angabe in der Bilanz.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gesellschaft entstand durch Einbringung des Ingenieurbüros Dipl-Ing. Markus Sczepanik CAE Services zum 01.10.2010 im Wege der Sacheinlage gegen Gewährung von Gesellschaftsanteilen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die Absetzungen für Abnutzung bewertet.

Für die im Berichtszeitraum neu zugegangenen Vermögensgegenstände wurde die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis 410.- EURO Nettoanschaffungskosten wurden, soweit im Geschäftsjahr angeschafft, gem. § 6 (2) EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen wurde im Jahr des Zugangs der Abgang unterstellt (Abgangsfiktion).

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde von der Gesellschaft aufgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind ausgehend vom Nennwert unter Beachtung des Grundsatzes der vorsichtigen Bewertung gem. § 252 (1) Nr.4 HGB bewertet worden. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ergeben sich aus der Debitorenliste.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Die Höhe und die Laufzeit der bestehenden Verbindlichkeiten sind anhand der "davon-Vermerke" aus dem Kontennachweis zur Bilanz zu entnehmen.
Rückstellungen für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten sind gebildet worden. Sie wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
