Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die BitCtrl Systems GmbH mit Sitz in Leipzig ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes zu Leipzig unter der Registernummer HRB 1704 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde für das Geschäftsjahr nach den Vorschriften des Handels-gesetzbuches erstellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zu Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher           Maßnahmen

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige kumulierte Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Auf Zugänge im Geschäftsjahr zum beweglichen Anlagevermögen wurden die Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode abgesetzt. Abgänge wurden zu Buchwerten bewertet.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Diese Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zuganges als Abgang gezeigt.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die durch eine Inventur aufgenommenen werthaltigen Warenbestände sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge werden retrograd, ausgehend vom Vertragswert abzüglich der noch zu erbringenden Leistungen und den offen abgesetzten erhaltenen Anzahlungen angesetzt.

Forderungen werden, soweit sie werthaltig sind, generell mit dem Nennbetrag, Verbindlichkeiten und erhaltene Anzahlungen mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.

Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kredit- und Ausfallrisikos wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von T€ 1 der nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungen bilanziert. Für zweifelhafte Forderungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen in einem Umfang von T€ 5 vorgenommen.

Die im Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten ausgewiesenen Versicherungsabgrenzungen und abgegrenzte Leasing-Sonderzahlungen werden entsprechend ihrer wirtschaflichen Zurechnung in den Folgejahren aufgelöst. Gemäß § 274 HGB wird eine saldierte Abgrenzung der voraussichtlichen Steuerentlastungen aufgrund handels- und steuerrechtlicher Bewertungsunterschiede bei Verwendung eines Gesamtsteuersatzes von 30 % für die Ertragssteuern gebildet.

Das Stamm- und Eigenkapital wurde unverändert fortgeführt. Der Jahresüberschuss des Vorjahres wurde ausgeschüttet.

Der Jahresabschluss vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt worden. Der Bilanzgewinn der Gesellschaft ist mit einer Ausschüttungssperre von T€ 54 belegt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und wurden mit den nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Aufwendungen angesetzt.

Versorgungsansprüche waren in der Bilanz nicht auszuweisen. Die Verpflichtungen der Gesellschaft wurden auf einen Pensionsfonds ausgelagert, wobei das Versorgungsvermögen zur Erfüllung der Versorgungsverpflichtungen ausreichend dotiert ist.

Verbindlichkeiten und erhaltene Anzahlungen sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Darlehensverbindlichkeiten in Höhe von T€ 43. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.
