1. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluß

1.1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluß der elform Technology GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden auch die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkleiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Verlust wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet.
