Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die OneSense Solutions GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Leipzig. Sie ist im Handelsregister Leipzig unter HRB 31509 eingetragen.

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der OneSense Solutions GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft zum Abschlussstichtag eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zu Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Aus laufenden Leasing- und Mietverträgen ergeben sich in Höhe von Euro 31.422,29 sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen (davon innerhalb eines Jahres fällig: Euro 28.533,91).

Anzahl Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr durchschnittlich 10 Arbeitnehmer.

Geschäftsführung

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Thomas Meißner, Leipzig, geführt.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
