Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren auch die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB   bezeichneten Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Das gezeichnete Kapital der GmbH beträgt 30.677,51 € und die Anteile werden wie folgt gehalten:

Angaben zu Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nicht anderes bestimmt ist.

Die Bilanzerstellung erfolgt vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses.

Die der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wird vom Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 HGB ausgegangen.

Der Wertansatz des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte mit Anschaffungs- / Herstellungskosten
- und soweit es einer Abnutzung unterliegt - nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Wirtschaftsgüter abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibung.

Bewegliche selbständig nutzungsfähige Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- / Herstellungskosten zwischen € 150,00 und € 1.000,00 wurden im Anschaffungsjahr als Sammelposten aktiviert und über die Laufzeit von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenständen wurden unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren Kreditrisikos bewertet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Gesellschaftsvertrag, die Kapitalrücklagen den Gesellschafterbeschlüssen.

Für die zum Bilanzstichtag der Höhe nach ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden unter Berücksichtigung erkennbarer Risiken entsprechende Rückstellungen gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten bei den ausgewiesenen Wertansätzen sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten ( gem. § 251 HGB )

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Haftungsverhältnisse zu vermerken.

Ergebnisverwendung

Hierzu schlägt die Geschäftsführung vor, den Jahresüberschuss des Geschäftsjahres 2010 in Höhe von € 37.257,48 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.
