A. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der efa Leipzig GmbH, Leipzig (Registergericht Amtsgericht Leipzig , HRB 25190), die Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden.

Der Anhang ist unter Berücksichtigung größenabhängiger Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß
§ 288 HGB erstellt worden.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

1.1    Immaterielles Anlagevermögen

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige kumulierte Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden linear über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

1.2    Sachanlagen

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs-/ Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Zugänge werden ausschließlich nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben.

Abnutzbare bewegliche geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten über EUR 250,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 werden analog § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und linear über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde die Vereinfachungsregel gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen., nach der abnutzbare Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 sofort abgeschrieben werden.

2. Umlaufvermögen

2.1    Vorräte

Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten.

Grundlage für die Bewertung der unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse zu Herstellungskosten bilden die aus dem betrieblichen Rechnungswesen übernommenen Einzel- und Gemeinkosten.

2.2    Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist eine Pauschalwertberichtigung für Forderungen aus dem Liefer- und Leistungsverkehr mit 0,5 % gebildet.

Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen handelt es sich in Höhe von EUR 20.896,26 (i. V. EUR 2.028,38) um Forderungen gegen Gesellschaftern.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 300.000,00 (i. V. EUR 1.583,33) enthalten.

3. Rückstellungen

3.1    Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre, der von der Deutsche Bundesbank zum Bilanzstichtag ermittelt wurde, abgezinst.

4. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von EUR 3.621.164,38 (i.V. EUR 2.573.939,68) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr, in Höhe von EUR 222.222,24 (i.V. EUR 222.222,24) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu fünf Jahren und in Höhe von EUR 83.333,30 (i.V. EUR 138.888,86) eine Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von TEUR 640 durch Grundpfandrechte und in Höhe von TEUR 500 durch Bürgschaften gesichert.

C. Sonstige Angaben

1. Personal

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer
betrug 12.

2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet-, Leasing- und Erbbaurechtsverträgen in Höhe von TEUR 88.
