I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB sowie nach ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB erstellt.

II. Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB sind die Grundsätze der Bewertungsstetigkeit und Ausweisstetigkeit sowie der Publizität von Stetigkeitsunterbrechungen nicht zu beachten. Die Vorjahresbeträge wurden dementsprechend nicht angepasst.

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden. Das Saldierungsgebot des § 246 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB wurde beachtet.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Einzelne Positionen wurden wie folgt bewertet:

1. Aktivseite der Bilanz

A Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die dazu bestimmt sind, dauerhaft dem Geschäftsbetrieb zu dienen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Abschreibungen wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen linear vorgenommen.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen sind nicht angefallen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten bis EUR 800 wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist dem beigefügten Bruttoanlagespiegel zu entnehmen.

B Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind ausgehend vom Nennwert unter Beachtung eventueller Ausfallrisiken bewertet worden.

Es wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von 1% auf einwandfreie Forderungen in Höhe von brutto EUR 73.177,56 , entsprechend EUR 353,00 gebildet.

Zweifelhafte Forderungen in Höhe von brutto EUR 4.143,75 wurden zum Bilanzstichtag mit bis zu 100%, entsprechend EUR 1.801,47 , einzelwertberichtigt.

A Verbindlichkeiten und Rückstellungen

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Rückstellungen für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften sind gebildet worden.

III. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Außerordentliche Aufwendungen und Erträge sind im Geschäftsjahr 2023 nicht angefallen.

Auf vorgenommene Wertberichtigungen zu Forderungen wird unter den Erläuterungen zur Bewertung des Umlaufvermögens Stellung genommen.

Es wurden auf Grund von Abweichungen zwischen Handels- und Steuerbilanz latente Steuern in Höhe von EUR 28.108,83 eingestellt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Ein Lagebericht ist gemäß § 264 HGB nicht aufzustellen.

Geschäftsführerin war im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Frau Nurseli Celik.
