Anhang

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma NeptuneLabs GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Steuerrechtes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Der Bilanzgewinn enthält einen Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 368.989,95 Euro (Vorjahr: 241.857,95 Euro).

Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Höhe der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 6.317,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 10.766,65 Euro).

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
