Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Newroom GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 250,00 € werden ohne Aufnahme in das Anlagegitter sofort als Aufwand gebucht.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz wird nachfolgend dargestellt:
