A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs.1 HGB auf.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres überein, so dass die Bilanzkontinuität gewahrt wurde.

Bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Dem stehen auch tatsächliche und rechtliche Gegebenheiten nicht entgegen, soweit dies bei Bilanzerstellung ersichtlich war.

Die Aktiv- und Passivposten sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet worden.

Die Bewertung erfolgt unter Beachtung kaufmännischer Vorsichtsprinzipien. Insbesondere sind alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt. Gewinne sind berücksichtigt worden, soweit sie am Abschlussstichtag realisiert waren.

Aktiva

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen linearen Abschreibungen bewertet. Als Nutzungsdauer wird bei Software drei Jahre unterstellt.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Die Abschreibung wird linear, der voraussichtlichen betrieblichen Nutzungsdauer entsprechend, vorgenommen. Nur die Zugänge ab 2020 werden - soweit steuerlich zulässig und es dem tatsächlichen Wertverzehr entspricht - degressiv abgeschrieben.

Für die Zugänge wird die Abschreibung zeitanteilig angesetzt.

Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten oder bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert gem. § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 3 HBG angesetzt.

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Genossenschaftsanteile sind mit dem Nominalwert, welcher den Anschaffungkosten entspricht, bilanziert.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand wird mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Passiva

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gem. § 249 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen (d.h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Gegebenenfalls erfolgt eine restlaufzeitabhängige Abzinsung gem. § 253 Abs. 2 HGB.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

I. Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 280 TEUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Für das Berichtsjahr und das Vorjahr waren Pflichtangaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht vorzunehmen.
