II. Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze entsprechen den handelrechtlichen Vorschriften und sind dem Vorjahr gegenüber unverändert.

Das Guthaben bei dem Kreditinstitut ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt worden.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Vorstandmitgliedern in Höhe von € 3.000,00 enthalten. Die Forderung wird mit 6% verzinst.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 50.000,00 und ist eingeteilt in 50.000 Stückaktien. Der Ausgabebetrag beträgt € 1,00. Die Aktien lauten auf den Namen
