A Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1 Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den Bestimmungen des neuen HGB-Bilanzrechts.

Über die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wird wie folgt berichtet:

Anlagevermögen
2 Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerrechtlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt, wobei die jeweiligen Mindestwerte zum Ansatz kamen.

3 Der GWG Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG wird mit jeweils einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst.

Umlaufvermögen
4 Die Risiken im Forderungsbestand sind angemessen berücksichtigt worden. Es wurden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet.
5 Abweichungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr liegen nicht vor.

B Angaben zur Bilanz
6 Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2011 ist aus dem beigefügten Anlagespiegel (Anlage 2) ersichtlich.
7 Im Posten "Bilanzgewinn" wird ein Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von € 159.490,23 miterfasst.
8 Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

9 Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlust-Rechnung sind nicht vorgeschrieben.

D Sonstige Angaben
10 Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis (Jahresüberschuss 9.017,11 zuzüglich € 159.490,23 Gewinnvortrag) auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
11 Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr die Herren Bruno Steingräber, Ulrich Heuer und Bernhard Eggs.
