I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Raynet GmbH, Lörrach (Amtsgericht Freiburg i. Br., HRB 413505) wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bei der Erstellung des Anhangs wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

II. ANGABEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Der Ansatz der Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei den Kreditinstituten sind zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle wesentlichen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Bei einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurde dabei das Realisationsprinzip (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 Halbsatz 2 HGB) und das Anschaffungskostenprinzip (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB) beachtet.

III. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 44 (Vorjahr: 48) Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
