Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.d.F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsrechtes (BilMog) aufgestellt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreswerte wurde nicht vorgenommen.

A. Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigen beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages abgesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.
